Refund and Returns Policy
At Prime Sports Zone, customer satisfaction is our priority. This Refund & Returns Policy explains how returns, refunds, and exchanges are handled. Please read it carefully before making a purchase.
Return Conditions
- You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
- Items must be in the same condition as received: unused, and in the original packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
How to Start a Return
To request a return, email us at support@primesportszone.com. If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.
Important: Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Return Shipping Costs
- If you are returning due to damage, defect, or an incorrect item, we cover the return shipping cost.
- If returning for any other reason (including change of mind), the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
- A 25% restocking fee applies to returns unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Return Method
All returns must be shipped back by mail. We do not accept in-person returns.
Return Labels
For defective or damaged products, we will send you a prepaid return label via email. Simply download, print, and attach it to your package.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email regarding approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
- Check your bank account again to confirm.
- Contact your credit card company, as posting times may vary.
- Next, contact your bank. Processing times can cause delays.
- If you have done all this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@primesportszone.com.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product. We will work quickly to resolve the issue.
Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange for the same item, email us at support@primesportszone.com.
Changing Your Shipping Address
If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.
